Hosting successful meetings and group events has taken on some challenges given the prioritization of our guests’ health and safety.  Although we have adjusted our protocols, Crystal Springs Resort will work diligently as your partner to ensure your gathering will be a successful and memorable one. 

  • At this time, there are no restrictions on capacity for outdoor gatherings. 
  • Guests must remain six feet apart at all times, excluding immediate family members, caretakers, household members or romantic partners.
  • Seating will be spaced six feet apart, and sanitized thoroughly after each use.

Further, Crystal Springs Resort is strictly following mandatory health and safety protocols for on-site employees to help guard against the spread of COVID-19. These include:

  • Conducting daily health checks of employees such as temperature screenings, visual symptom checking, self-assessment checklists and health questionnaires consistent with CDC guidance.
  • Provision of breaks for employees for repeated handwashing throughout the workday.
  • Mandatory social distancing and requirement that all employees wear masks.
